Agreement signed with lending Institutions to implement the financial plan

Messina (ME), 18th September 2026 – Misitano & Stracuzzi S.p.A., one of Italy’s leading B2B operators with an international presence, active in the development, production and marketing of predominantly naturally sourced citrus essences and, to a lesser extent, in the production of citrus juices, listed on Euronext Growth Milan, following the announcements dated 16 March 2026, 28 May 2026 and 26 June 2026, announces that today it has entered into the agreement with the twelve participating lending institutions to implement the financial restructuring plan.
