The Board of Directors aprroves the consolidated results as of 30-06-2024. Revenues up by around 9% and significant improvement in the main profitability indicators

Messina (ME), Italy – 20th September, 2024 – The Board of Directors of Misitano & Stracuzzi Spa, one of the main Italian business to business (B2B) operator active at international level in the creation, production and marketing of citrus essential oils mainly of natural origin and to a lesser extent in the production of citrus juice ("M&S or the "Company"), listed on the Euronext Growth Milan market, held today and approved the Consolidated Interim Financial Statements as of June 30, 2024, prepared in accordance with Italian accounting standards and subject to a limited audit by KPMG.
