No compromise on quality: all our products undergo rigorous controls
Analytical control is an essential process ensuring the quality and food safety of our products. That is why we continuously invest in training technicians in our QC laboratory and purchasing new, state-of-the-art and increasingly high-performing analytical instruments. Our quality process involves conducting strict, traceable controls on incoming raw materials and outgoing products, in accordance with the most stringent international standards. This ensures the highest quality for our customers. Our QC laboratory, one of the Company's greatest strengths, performs hundreds of chemical, physical and chromatographic analyses on a daily basis.

Analytical controls on our juices
Our highly experienced, competent staff monitor every stage of production cycle. From when the fruit arrives at our facilities through to the production of our juices and semi-finished products, more than 20 chemical, physical and microbiological parameters are verified.
Analytical controls on our essential oils
Analysis of physical and chemical parameters: : this is conducted using highly automated instruments enabling repeatability and speed of analysis.
Chromatographic analysis: using analytical techniques such as gas chromatography–FID and HPLC–UV, we conduct a complete chemical characterisation of products to determine their compliance with stringent quality standards. More sophisticated spectrometric analyses, performed via GC–MS/MS and HPLC–MS/MS, make it possible to detect the presence of plant protection products and to determine compliance with international regulations.
