Since 1922 we have been producing, with the passion and enthusiasm of the first day, citrus juices of the highest quality for the food and beverage industry. We transform only Sicilian citrus fruits and for our customers of the global B2B market. Everyday we ship our products all over the world relying on a consolidated network of transporters.
We meet the requests of the most demanding customers since we have a profound knowledge of the production processes and the raw materials, which allows us to control almost all the characteristics of the finished product. Despite the experience gained in over a century of activity, we are constantly looking for process and technological innovations to obtain the highest quality juices, preserving in full the fruits organoleptic characteristics and precious contents of vitamins and minerals.
We have a very close relationship to our land on which we find ourselves, from which we select only the best citrus fruits of the territory after a careful evaluation of the suppliers with respect to quality, ethics and sustainability. Over 80% of our transformed fruit comes from suppliers that are voluntarily certified GLOBALG.A.P.\GRASP, an international standard that guarantees safe and sustainable agriculture.
Quality and process control
Quality is in our DNA! We carry out over 90 controls daily where we strictly apply all the necessary measures to ensure food safety for all our products according to the highest international standards.
For us, quality is a value on which we base our reputation, a commitment we make to our customers who place their trust in us, a key driver of our continuous improvement mindset. We carry out controls at all the stages of production, from the selection of raw materials to processing, during storage in our cold storage cells and during the transport to the product’s destination. We are committed to being transparent on how we manage quality and share willingly all information on quality and traceability with our customers.
Our Products
Every single drop of our juices is the result of the passion for our work, of our love for Sicily, of our respect for nature, of our values and of our know-how acquired in a century of activity. Our product range includes NFC to concentrated juices, conventional or organic, Lemon, Blonde and Blood Orange. But given a short time, we can make almost any juice according to the specific needs of the individual customer, always guaranteeing our high quality at a competitive price. Certifications
We have obtained and maintain numerous system and product certifications. Our citrus juices are Kosher and Halal certified and may be consumed by observant Jews and Muslims, but also by Hindus, vegetarians, vegans and allergy sufferers who today choose these products not for religious reasons but for the guaranteed intrinsic high quality.
