The event took place in the evening of December 10th in Milan, at the Italian Stock Exchange headquarters. The Company's CEO, Emanuela Stracuzzi, attended the ceremony to receive the prestigious recognition.

Shareholders reorganization
On November 9th 2022, with great foresight the Shareholders and Directors Antonio, Diego and Emanuela Stracuzzi bought out the Misitano family, thus becoming the full owners of Misitano & Stracuzzi Spa.

Excellent Company 2019
Misitano & Stracuzzi was awarded Global Strategy’s “Aziende Eccellenti 2019” (Excellent Company 2019) prize on 25 September in Milan, at the headquarters of the Italian Stock Exchange, during the event “Sustainability and Value Creation. A Combination to be Pursued”. This year, the event was devoted to the approach of Italian SMEs to ESG (Environmental, Social, Governance) issues.
