The Board of Directors approves the consolidated half-year results as of June 30, 2026. Gross margin improving compared with FY 2025 year-end

Messina (ME) – 29th September, 2026 – The Board of Directors of Misitano & Stracuzzi S.p.A., one of the main Italian business to business (B2B) operator active at international level in the creation, production and marketing of citrus essential oils mainly of natural origin and to a lesser extent in the production of citrus juice ("M&S or the "Company"), listed on the Euronext Growth Milan market met today and approved the consolidated interim financial statements as at 30 June 2026, prepared in accordance with Italian accounting standards and subject to a limited audit by KPMG.
