IPO on Euronext Growth Milan, set the indicative price range of the shares

Messina (ME), Italy - 11th July 2024 - Misitano & Stracuzzi Spa started the process for the admission to listing on Euronext Growth Milan market. Indicative Price range of the shares between a minimum Price of € 2.92 per share and a maximum Price of € 3.54 per share, corresponding to an Equity value before share capital increase between approximately € 70.1 million and approximately € 85.0 million. The Roadshow will begin on 15 July 2024.
