Successful conclusion of the institutional placement on EGM market for a total amount of approximately Euro 19.5 milion

The Offer was reserved in Italy for qualified investors pursuant to article 2.e of Regulation (UE) 1129/2017, outside United States pursuant Regulation S del U.S. Securities Act of 1933 (as subsequently amended), including “qualified investors” in Italy (as defined by the applicable Italian law.
