Final communication during the stabilization period

Messina (ME), Italy – 27th August 2024 – Misitano & Stracuzzi Spa, one of the main Italian business to business (B2B) operator active at international level in the creation, production and marketing of citrus essential oils mainly of natural origin and to a lesser extent in the production of citrus juice ("M&S or the "Company"), based on the information communicated by Intermonte SIM Spa as the entity appointed to carry out stabilization activities in relation to the offer of ordinary shares of M&S, has disclosed, pursuant to Article 6, paragraph 2 of the Delegated Regulation (EU) 2016/1052 of March 8, 2016, the stabilization operations with respect to the said financial instruments carried out by Intermonte SIM Spa during the period from August 02, 2024 to August 27, 2024.
