2. What data we collect

When you book a meeting via Microsoft Bookings, we collect:

• first name and last name
• business email address
• company name, country, and phone number

Only data strictly necessary for the organization and management of the meeting are processed.

3. Why we need your data

We need your data only to:

• organize and schedule the requested meeting
• manage communications related to the appointment
• conduct the online meeting via Microsoft Teams
• handle any directly related follow-up activities

Providing your data is necessary to book the meeting. Failure to provide such data will make it impossible to schedule the meeting.

4. Legal basis

The processing of your data for booking and managing the online meeting does not require explicit consent, as it is necessary to take steps at the request of the data subject prior to entering into a contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR).

5. Who processes your data

We use Microsoft services (Bookings and Teams) to manage online bookings and calls. Microsoft acts as a data processor (and sub-processor) under a Data Processing Agreement pursuant to Article 28 GDPR.

6. Data retention

We keep your data only for as long as needed to manage the meeting and any related follow-up.

7. Your rights

You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data, as well as to request restriction of processing or object to it.
