Why we need your data<\/h2><p>We need your data only to:<\/p><ul><li>ship and deliver the requested product samples<\/li><li>manage communications related to the shipment<\/li><li>handle any directly related follow-up activities<\/li><\/ul><p>Providing your data is necessary to ship the samples. Failure to provide such data will make it impossible to manage the shipment.<\/p><h2>4. Legal basis<\/h2><p>The processing of your data for shipment and delivery of the requested product samples does not require explicit consent, as it is necessary to take steps at the request of the data subject prior to entering into a contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR).<\/p><p>Subject to your explicit consent, your personal data may also be processed to send marketing communications, including information about products, news and offers. The legal basis for this processing is Article 6(1)(a) GDPR.
